1. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Imglify for personal and commercial purposes. This license includes:

• Free access to all image editing tools
• Use of processed images for any purpose (personal or commercial)
• No restrictions on the number of images you can process
• No requirement to credit Imglify (though appreciated)

Under this license you may NOT:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell the website or tools themselves
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the website
• Use the tools for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to overwhelm our servers with automated requests

2. Service Availability

Imglify is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about:

• Uptime: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we don't guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access
• Compatibility: Tools may not work in very old browsers or unsupported devices
• Feature Availability: We may add, modify, or remove features at any time
• Service Continuity: We reserve the right to discontinue the service at any time

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Imglify are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Important: Always keep backups of your original images. While our tools are designed to work correctly, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of data or quality that may occur during processing.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Imglify or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Imglify, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. User Content and Responsibility

You retain all ownership rights to images you process using our tools. However, you are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the rights to edit and use the images you process
• Complying with copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws
• Any consequences resulting from your use of our tools
• Not processing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content

Note: Since all processing happens in your browser, we have no access to or control over the images you process.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Imglify to:

• Process illegal or infringing content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission

8. Intellectual Property

The Imglify website, including its design, code, and content (excluding user images), is owned by Imglify and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Images: You retain all rights to images you process. Imglify claims no ownership or rights to your images.

Processed Images: Images you create using our tools are yours to use freely for any purpose, personal or commercial.

9. Modifications to Service and Terms

Imglify reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice
• Change these Terms of Service at any time
• Add, modify, or remove features
• Update pricing (currently free, but this may change)

Changes to Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Third-Party Services

Imglify may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
